Product description:
1、The sterility testing isolator consists of two chambers: a buffer chamber and an operation chamber, with an electrical distribution installed underneath the operation chamber.
2、The isolator draws fresh air from the system of the room where it is located through the fan from the top. After the fresh air passes through the primary filter, it enters the static pressure box at the top of the isolator. After being pressurized by the fan and filtered by the supply air high-efficiency filter, the clean and sterile unidirectional air flow is pushed downward by the piston direction into the isolator cavity to the bottom return air port, maintaining the isolator cavity area (working area) at grade A level.
3、The air flowing through the working area is first filtered by the return air high-efficiency filter through the return air holes on the shelf and the return air outlet at the bottom of the isolator. Then, it is sent back to the bag-in-bag-out filter by the fan through the air duct at the back and discharged. Form a full delivery and full arrangement.
4、The buffer chamber and the operation chamber are equipped with the hydrogen peroxide sterilization system, which can be sterilized. After sterilization is completed, the hydrogen peroxide concentration in the chamber is reduced to ≤ 1ppm through ventilation replacement. After the residual discharge is completed, the system automatically enters production mode.
5、Isolator systems protect the test article and supplies from contamination during handling by essentially eliminating direct contact between the operator and the test articles.
6、The isolator will be sealed well enough during decontamination that the dissemination of H2O2 vapors into the surrounding environment is kept to appropriately low levels.
