Detailed Information
The isolator integrates high-integration high-shear mixer, fluidized bed granulator, grinder, mixer, etc., to form the process equipment. It is the best solution for efficient oral solid dosage (HAPIOSD). Combined with the air treatment unit, negative pressure, sealing guarantee, cleaning unit, etc. of the isolator, a comprehensive containment strategy is formulated. The materials packaged in aluminum foil bags and plastic sealing valves enter the mixer from the right through the transfer chamber (or RTP).
The peristaltic pump installed at the rear wall of the mixer provides power for the mixer and the fluidized bed of wet granulation.
High-speed wet granulation, the entire granulator and the fluidized bed form a complete granulation line (optional with scales, pumps or screening machines).
The granulation process is completed in the shortest time with the minimum workload, suitable for a maximum batch size of 10 kg.
