Product application:
The isolators for weighing, packing and feeding API are used for powder weighing, distribution, packing and feeding, whose sealing and negative pressure conditions can protect operators and environment from being polluted by products.
Three-dimensional material weighing and feeding system is formulated after materials are weighed for many times and fed into tanks through packing/feeding valve system.
How to reflect man-machine engineering optimization when operators conduct aerial work. The logistic including weighing, packing and cleaning is conducted in isolator system which will greatly affect the integrity of equipment.
Our most concerned issues will be how to avoid human contact and cross contamination and how to optimize process to ensure enclosed effect, online cleaning, packing butterfly valve system and material transfer tank (bag) in isolators.

l The main chamber is made of SUS304 or SUS316L material with thickness of 4mm, The visible interface is made of tempered glass with thickness of 15mm.

l The leakage rates of chamber are automatically tested, recorded, stored and printed, then report is automatically generated.
l Camfil PUSH-PUSH filter system for isolator, so as to safely replace polluted filters through glove operation system.
l CIP system, water cleaning gun, gas drying gun, spray ETC.
l Allocate with solid waste discharge (consecutive bagging system) and liquid waste discharge (waste liquid tank) to ensure that powders or waste liquid will not pollute operators and environment.
l UPS system and enclosed loop pressure stabilization system can sustainably ensure enclosed effect.
l The connection with RPT or SBV packing butterfly valve is available based on process demands.
